At PAW LOOP, your satisfaction — and your pet's happiness — is our top priority. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
Items that are damaged due to pet use, washed, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at loopcopaw@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos if the item arrived damaged or defective
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at loopcopaw@gmail.com. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
